Cellular Energy & Recovery Support
NAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) is a naturally occurring coenzyme present in every cell of the body. It plays a critical role in energy production, DNA repair, and the maintenance of normal metabolic function.
Physiological NAD+ levels decline with age, chronic stress, intensive physical exertion, and metabolic imbalance.
When NAD+ is selected:
To enhance energy levels and physical endurance
To support cognitive function, focus, and mental clarity
During recovery from intensive training or physical fatigue
During recovery from stress, illness, or overexertion
In cases of reduced energy and stamina
To support metabolic function and cellular health
As part of healthy aging protocols under medical supervision
Biological role of NAD+:
Participates in cellular respiration and ATP production
Supports mitochondrial function
Involved in redox (oxidation-reduction) reactions
Contributes to DNA repair mechanisms
Acts as a coenzyme for sirtuin enzymes
Potential effects:
Supports cellular energy balance
Participates in cellular recovery processes
Supports nervous system function
Contributes to metabolic normalization and stable body weight maintenance
May enhance cognitive performance and overall vitality
Actual effects may vary depending on individual physiological conditions.
Pharmaceutical quality:
High-purity nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide
Free of protein hormones and steroid components
Stable lyophilized formulation
Manufactured in compliance with GMP standards
Dosage form:
Lyophilized white or off-white powder for preparation of a solution for injection.
After reconstitution, a clear, colorless solution free of visible particles is obtained.
Packaging:
1 vial × 500 mg
2 vials × 500 mg
Storage conditions:
After reconstitution, store refrigerated at 2–8°C (36–46°F) and use within 14 days.
Do not freeze.
Administration:
Reconstitution: Add 1.0 mL of bacteriostatic water → final concentration 500 mg/mL.
Daily range: 50–100 mg once daily (subcutaneous injection).
Measurement reference: At 500 mg/mL, 1 unit (0.01 mL) = 5 mg using a U-100 insulin syringe.
Dosage & Titration:
Recommended gradual dose-escalation approach:
Initiation: 50 mg daily during the first week to assess individual tolerability.
Dose increase: Increase to 75 mg daily during week 2 (+25 mg); if well tolerated, increase to 100 mg daily from week 3 onward.
Maintenance dose: Continue 100 mg daily for 3–16 weeks (or adjust based on response and tolerability).
Frequency: Once daily (subcutaneous injection).
Timing: May be administered at any time of day.
