Administration:
Reconstitution: Add 3.0 mL of bacteriostatic water → final concentration approximately 23.3 mg/mL.
Typical dose: 2,330 mcg (2.33 mg) once daily for 4 weeks.
Measurement reference: At 23.3 mg/mL, 1 unit (0.01 mL) ≈ 233 mcg using a U-100 insulin syringe.
Dosing regimen should be determined individually by a physician based on indication, age, body weight, and clinical response.
Dosage & Cycle:
Daily dose: 2,330 mcg (10 units / 0.10 mL) throughout the 4-week cycle.
Frequency: Once daily (subcutaneous injection).
